Parachute was formed to help our partners create a multi-generational investment portfolio, providing perpetual income through strategic real estate acquisitions and alternative investments. Parachute’s goals are to return our partners’ capital as soon as possible, and then - together - we can all benefit from our collective portfolio.

The key to Parachute’s investment strategy is a deep understanding of how properties are valued and appraised. By focusing our efforts on key metrics to drive Net Operating Income (“NOI”) higher, Parachute is able to execute on our strategy to return investor capital quickly.
